Regi has set up and managed Group Central Shared services for the Region including IT, HR, Business Operations, Supply chain, Purchasing & planning, Credit Services apart from Corporate Finance functions and Reporting. Regi has managed various Business Transformations and Change Management projects including Business Process Outsourcing projects.

He has made remarkable contributions to the financial sector, having held pivotal roles in leading credit rating agencies such as CRISIL, CARE, and Brickwork Ratings. His expertise spans a diverse range of industries, showcasing his versatility and deep understanding of financial dynamics. Dr. Amarendra Sahoo
While working at the RBI, Dr. Amarendra Sahoo held various administrative and policy-making positions. Dr Sahoo, a veteran central banker, has over thirty years of experience in public policy in India and abroad. He held several high-level positions including Chief General Manager and Regional Director at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Dean Academics and Professor of Finance at IMT Ghaziabad, and Secretary General of the Apparel Export Promotion Council in Gurgaon.
He is a top expert on bank regulation and supervision and has worked with the monetary authorities of Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Korea. He participated in the team negotiating on Financial Services in the India-Singapore Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CECA) and was a member of the WorldBank's Supervision Mission on Financial Sector Development Project.
Professor Emeritus Dr. Sahoo is a prominent startup mentor and advisor, with ties to Unicorn India Ventures and Insuretech Finsall Resources. He also serves as Chairman of HiWi Forex Transaction Private Ltd. He was the Chairman of Atom Technologies and Managing Director of Belpay India, based in Brussels. He also served as Vice President at Cambridge Global Partners, an international consultancy focusing on risk management. He used to work as a consultant for HCL Infosystem and the World Bank in Washington DC, and also as a visiting professor at City University of New York.
